When repair often makes sense

If the roof is generally in good shape and the problem is limited to a specific area, a focused repair can be a solid choice.

When replacement may be worth planning

If leaks keep popping up in new areas, materials are clearly worn across large sections or past repairs have stacked layers, it may be time to talk about replacement so you can plan ahead.
